HOW TO PREPARE
Be sure to pack a couple tight fitting bikini’s and/or bathing suits. It might be wise to bring a pair of tight fitting leggings and long sleeve shirt (rash guard) that you can use in the water just in case you will get a rash from the board wax.
Make sure to bring good quality water-proof sun screen. And bug spray (repellent) is handy as well. These products are available to buy here on the island as well.
In Panama you pay with the American Dollar. There is one bank with a cash machine on the island that accepts most cards.
Make sure before entering the country that your passport is valid for at least 6 months after your scheduled return date and you need to have a return ticket to your home country, printed-out, to show at the border when entering the country.
If you wish to stay longer let us know and we might be able to help you out to find an accommodation that meets your needs.
